Responsibilities:-

• Co-ordinate to various disciplines Engineers on site and implementation of the directions of the client representatives.
• Inspection and supervision of Reinforcement, Formworks and Concrete Works.
• Monitoring of the concrete pouring work including concrete delivery record, slump & temperature of concrete.
• Monitoring and inspection of honey comb rectification on concreted area prior to surface preparation.
• Inspection of surface preparation for the footings, pedestals, foundations and retaining wall prior to the application of water proof bituminous coat.
• Inspection of water proof bituminous coat applications on foundations and giving clearance for back filling.
• Inspection of tank foundations including ring beam foundation, anchor bolts, back filling with the approved materials.
• Location and elevation inspection of equipment foundations which includes anchor bolts and embedded plates.
• Monitoring the stone columns works and witnessing the plate load test.
• Preparing weekly report of inspection activities.
• Inspection of works carried out by contractor and use surveillance report to document both acceptable and deficient works found at the time of inspection.
• Witness of the Pile Static Load Test (Veritical & Lateral).
• Review all construction drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary quality related requirements prior to release for constructions.
• Verify all samples, certificates of laboratories and field test and maintain all filling system for all quality control procedures, record, report etc.
• Inspection of painting works and verifying thickness with Elcometer.
• Supervision of Backfilling works and FDT tests.
• Preparation of quality plans and scheduling of the projects execution and document control.
• Responsible for checking the materials & works to confirm that everything is as per approved method statement & approved construction drawing.

• Assisting in preparing construction schedule and monitor progress against established schedule. Assist in preparing the required progress report.
• To monitor and inspect the construction and to ensure that it is done in accordance to the plan and specification. Maintain a variety of Engineering and project files and records.
• Ensure that project construction activities are conducted in accordance with quality system, deal with cost estimating on construction sites.
• The Job involves, prepare and establish QA/QC Plan for the project. Develop and maintain QA/QC Procedure, Approving Method of Statements and Inspection Test Plan.
• Testing and records result of inspection. Coordinate with the Independent Testing Laboratory in performing necessary tests and review all the tests result.
• Implement and maintain a filing system for all QC documentation, reports to QA/QC manager. Propose corrective action and preventive measures for any non-conforming items. Attend progress, coordination and QA/QC meetings
• Ensure that adequate Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) for Civil works are developed by the Sub contractor.
• Review the Inspection & Test plan for the civil activities.
• Review the Method of Statement for the various activities to be executed at site.
• Receiving RFI for inspection Items and conducting inspection as per ITP.
• Co-ordinate & expertise to ensure that the construction activities are performed in accordance with the project Specification.
• To verify the activities of Civil & Structural Discipline.
• Inspect material received on site and ensure it is in ordinance with contract specification, handle and stored properly. Conduct off-site inspection for specific material and plant visit.
• To ensure that the specified requirements of Civil & Structural Works are met.
• Review all construction drawings to ensure that they contain the necessary quality related requirements prior to release for construction.
• Evaluate and follow up of NCR.
• Inspection of works carried out by contractor and use surveillance report to document both acceptable and deficient works found at the time of inspection.
• Fabrication and erection of pre-cast columns, pre-cast trestle slabs, pre-stressed beams, post-tensioned beams, pre-cast intake head structures & precast trestle piers.
• Conducting Quality Walk down along with sub-contractor & client.
• Performs or assists in research, drafting, computing, checking, and field work needed in the preparation and/or supervision of employees engaged in the preparation of plans, designs and operation of a wide variety of civil engineering projects.
• Site inspection and preparing Master plan as per site condition.
• Review of design and raising the technical queries to solve the conflicts.

Certification & Approval:-

Certified Civil Engineer from Saudi Council of Engineers and approved from Saudi Electricity Company.

Professional Qualification:-

Bachelor’s Degree in “Civil Engineering” from MBM Engineering College, Jai Narain Vyas University, Jodhpur, Rajasthan in 2007.
