• Overseeing the daily activities of purchasing staff, monitors purchase requisition sheets and issuance of Purchase Orders for the qualified vendors based on the competitive prices, terms of payment, deliveries and after sales to be served in IM Bloom Restaurant, Events Functions, Seminars and other Hotel Activities.

f. Conducts inventory for par stocking and re-ordering point.
