I am Tracy C. Malagad, single and a resident of the Philippines. I graduated last 2014 with a degree of Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of the Philippines-Visayas.

For the past six (6) years, I have been working as an Admin-Human Resource Officer at the biggest chain of resorts in Boracay island, the Henann Group of Resorts which has more or less 2,500 employees. In details, I am handling employee relations as well as Payroll and Compensation and Benefits Section of the company. The Human Resources Department trained as to be HR generalists who know well HR operations. My skills in Microsoft Office and my 6-year experience in Admin-Human Resource and other training that I attended can be a guarantee for me to work well with my employer and co-employees.  I am very much willing and passionate to perform my duties well to meet the needs of my employer and to promote its goals.
