Duties & Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Monthly payment Application.
• Certify Sub Contractor Payments.
• Liaise with Resident Engineer and Consultant’s Quantity Surveyor for Payment Certificate, Variation Order, and finalization of contracts.
• Preparation of Interim and Final Measurement Sheet.
• Weekly Monitoring Site Progress.
• Material Reconciliation & Daily Costing.
• Evaluation and negotiation of variations submitted by Sub contractors.
• Inspecting the executed works prior to taking approval from consultant.
• Executing the works as per the construction schedule to avoid delays.
• Reviewing of structural & architecturaldrawings.
• Preparation of weekly & monthly reports.
• Attending the progress meetings.

Project: Proposed Central Government, Military Engineering Services Indian
Air force (G+2) (Staff Accommodation Residential Buildings)
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Quality Control check of site which includes method of execution, Area of working , coordinates,levels, depths, slopes, Reinforcement , Safety measures and many more.
• Checking Quality standards of the construction of project that the work is executed to the client’s specifications.
• Checking and agreeing the accuracy of monthly payment applications during the life of the subcontract and at completion of the work.
• Checking quality and field testing of construction material.
• Keeping a track of project so that it should be completed in time.
