Let me introduce myself, I am Shreyas Jailkhani aged 26 years, a graduate of Chemical Engineering (Honors) from premier engineering Institute of India, BITS Pillani (Rajasthan) with 7 years of experience in Hydrocarbon EPC companies and worked with Prestigious clients of Oil and Gas like PDO and Aramco.

I have done 8 months training in proposal, estimation, contracts and business development with Larsen and Toubro Hydrocarbon engineering, Sharjah under leadership of Mr. Ajay Jain General Manager and Head Proposal and Estimation. I have joined them as assistant engineer process & commissioning  July 2014 and posted for their PDO projects in Sultanate of Oman SRDC( Saih Rawl Depletion Compression) and worked there September 2015.

In October 2015, I joined Petrofac Sharjah, Graduate Academy in Engineering Management. I was deputed to Fadli Gas Processing Plant Project, which Petrofac is doing for Aramco Saudi Arabia as Engineer in Project Engineering Management team of project and posted there till date

My father is working with Larsen and Toubro Ltd, as General Manager and Head UAE Operations based in Sharjah. As my father is in international operations, thus I traveled to different locations in Africa and the Middle East (Oman, Saudi and UAE). My all schooling and graduation I have completed abroad only. I have come across different ethnic cultures, religions and regions, which make me truly international to understand them, respect them and make me comfortable to work with them.

I was actively involved in sports, debates and organizing events in college and school. I am hardworking, honest and have a strong belief in leadership by example.
