I have a degree in Hospitality Management and have been in food industry for almost 10 years. I can handle daily operations, plan budget, meet suppliers and negotiate with them on prices, streamline inventory and procurement process, offer personal care in ensuring every customer receive the best-quality service, cut down food waste, supervise staff and make daily roster, conduct training and daily briefing.
