•Managing and maintaining existing Customers/Key Clients in the territory.
•Building and maintain connections with companies Critical People and Decision makers.
•Focus on the efforts to obtain new work and generation of new enquiries for the business.
•Manage the Sales & Business Development process for business to ensure the Division achieves sales targets in all businesses.
•Providing clients with different types of service like solving issues of ongoing project.
•Independently taken care and ensure the company Pre Qualification Activities with all ADNOC OPCO’S and
Other Potential clients to ensure the company in a position to bid for projects within the sphere of capabilities.
•Actively involved in decision-making process together with technical staff and management decision makers.
•Liaison with Estimation, Finance and Corporate General Manager on submission of bid documents
•Interact with General Managers to maintain relationships with customers during project execution, especially from
the point of generating additional work orders.
•Manage good relations with other departments as appropriate in relation to proposals, projects, legal, or
Other issues.
•Review and taken care of MOU’s, JV's, consortium, confidentiality agreements and company bank guarantees.
•To review Commercial offers from specialized sub-contractors, clarify all issues based on specified scope.
•Coordinate with Technical and QHSE Department for Technical issues of the project.
•Prepare and give business reviews to the management team.
•Manage External Vendors and Business Associates as Needed.
•Help set up and improve workflow processes when and where needed.
•Manage Government Departments (Dept. of Economic Development, CICPA, Immigration & Labor Department).
