Prime Responsibilities:
Preparation of Installation Methodology
Follow up design & estimation team for BOQ & final Quantities (MTO)
Work with the team to plan, schedule and perform activities.
Assign daily workload to team members.
Arrange Third party inspections for projects.
Ensure that all finished product are inspected and passed as per the Requirements of drawing upon installation.
Strictly monitor implementation of quality requirements
Schedule equipment maintenance and inspection on regular basis.
Organize job trainings to team members to achieve goals.
Investigate issues and develop resolutions.
Develop project budget and maintain expenses within the budget.
Assist in employee recruitment, performance evaluation, promotion, retention and termination activities.
Ensure that final product meets quality standards and customer specifications.
Ensure that team follows company policies and safety standards.
Assistant Project Manager
Project implementation against agreed project program.
Study the access on site, decide with the contractor on storage area and coordinate between all parties and will be responsible for the installation process.
Organize and supervise the day to day management of site works ensuring the works are executed in accordance with contract documents, drawings and specifications.
Ensure that site personnel and other third parties are using and following the required safety rules and regulations and requirements for safe working.
Manage and coordinate setting out and site engineering including the taking of site measurement and dimensions.
In the absence of SPM, to be the company’s representative and to receive instruction from the Main Contractor’s team and other third party personnel.
Organize and manage the installation teams including daily planning and monitoring of progress and quality of the works.
Control and maintain site materials and their distribution and safekeeping.
Communicate with the SPM on the status of materials deliveries from the factory – in particular deviations from plan, delays, shortage, damage.
Check and ensure that the installation works are maintained level, vertical and dimensionally in accordance with the design.
Provide technical guidance to the foreman, charge-hands and labors on suitable methods of installation for the works in accordance with the method statement.
Ensure that works are installed strictly according to drawings and details and to advise the design team on any changes required.
