I joined Hindustan Unilever to develop and launch their premium skincare online only brand called Aviance . I was Involved in crafting of the Aviance India brand key, proposition and the range architecture, mix development (both local and imports ranges) & pricing strategy , the Communication strategy and all of the brand messaging.I lead the launch on E-commerce and developed the brand store design & perfect store assets mapping key touch points on the consumer journey .I also worked on briefing and defining the creative content strategy for digital assets in line with the product philosophy
I worked on the development of the Aviance SalonPro service as the line extension for the Salon channel :working on the packaging design & proposition “ Skin Health Systems” under the over arching Aviance umbrella brand promise , developed video training tools, facial protocol manuals on skin conditions and ingredient benefits in the final service pay off, customer collaterals enabling skin diagnosis before any service recommendation.
I moved on internally within Hindustan Unilever work on the development of the premium skincare platform for the make up brand Lakme . I studied trends globally and locally and evaluated consumer needs gaps to understand the opportunity for the Premium skincare category and to understand consumer mindsets and purchase behaviours for the segment ,for Lakme to make a play in the Premium skincare segment.
I worked on the development of concepts to define a strategic range offering for Lakme Absolute Skincare with an incrementally premmumizing and expert high order benefit pay off. I was tasked to evaluate key opportunities to build reinforcement for the Lakme Skincare equity , which I initiated with the design of the Lakme Absolute SkinPro App to intuitively diagnose consumers skin and recommend products driving skincare relevance at the point of sale and lead the conversation for skin and build its skincare credibility with Consumers at the POS.
I was recommended for a global role with the brand Lux docking with Pakistan to Step-change marketing capability for Lux in SA via building digital capability through craftsmanship & creative content development and Identify white space opportunity in South Asia for Lux through Trends mapping to define a new opportunity for the brand
