Agency Relationship Manager – Retail Collections
• Oversee all collection aspects for AED 200M+ accounts receivable portfolio (flows)
across three collection sites. (30+ for all retail products)
• Responsible to devise and implement strategic measures at agencies to achieve budgeted loss
target.

Team Leader Collections - High Provision Buckets
Duties include:
• Handle the tasks of developing productive, highly motivated team of collections representatives
• Update daily activities to the collection support manager and provide assistance to management and
collections team
• Handle the tasks of monitoring staff and deals with debtor disputes and Interface with statements on
accounts, queries, complaints and disputes
• Handle the tasks of entering correspondence on to in-house debt collection system "case flow" and
to action accounts accordingly
• Perform research on overdue account balance that is fully or partially unpaid and follows up by mail
and/or phone to customers on delinquent payments.
• Handle the tasks of reviewing claims denied for payment and underpaid claims (DDS, PDC, CDM)
• Perform responsibilities of coordinating collection activities for Fleet Loans, Corporate facilities
• Responsible for maintaining information regarding collection activity of accounts accurately
• Perform the tasks of updating recurring issues to the collection management
• Handle all other related duties as directed by collection management
• Coordinating with Multiple Dept. for payments follow ups and VIP customers
• Handling Late provision buckets for account before write off.
• Ensure the Collections team deliver end to end high performance,
• Taking ownership of their respective areas of responsib
