 Review all shop/ composite/builder work drawings in accordance to contract specifications/design and adhering to international standards/Local authority regulations.
 Review and approve the shop drawings/As built drawings such as Lighting, Emergency lighting, Fire alarm, Security system, Access control system,AV system,Large power, Small power, IT system,etc…
 Supervise the installations of electrical systems on a daily/regular basis to ensure quality control and compliance with contract documents, approve material, and shop drawings. Identifying the scope from the drawings to place the order for Electrical material.
 Assist the Senior Engineer in the selection and approval of sub-contractors for electrical systems in coordination with the owner’s/client’s representative.
 Resolve any issues raised by contractors and if any discrepancies identified against contract documents and make
recommendations as appropriate.
 Attends regular progress & coordination meetings with Client, CM, contractors, suppliers, etc.
 Monitor Shop Drawing log, Material Log, RFI Log, Procurement log.
 Lead snagging procedure to check electrical systems after substantial completion of construction.
 Review all operation, instruction and maintenance manuals provided by contractors prior to handing over the development to the owner/client.

 Reviewing electrical drawings and specifications related to the project.
 Identifying the scope from the drawings to place the order for Electrical material.
 Supervision of all Electrical and Low Voltage Services Such as LT Panels,MSB,SMBS & Emergency Panels, Installation of Bus duct, Installation of Cable Trays, Data Communication System, Fire alarm system,BMS System, Security Systems.
 Preparing material transfer requisition, Purchase requisition using SAP.
 Reporting to Project manager about the site progress and manpower allocation on daily basis.
 Prepare projects material submittals, method statements and documents to get approval from main contractor, consultant and client.
 Submitting Material inspection request to consultant for material approval at site.
 Managing and distributing the manpower at site according to daily requirement and areas priority.
 Managing the site construction activities inside Plant room, substations and Car park.
 Monitoring the site activities as per work schedule.
 Prepare and submit the checklist for the completed work at site and going for inspection along with Consultant.
 Providing the site construction updates to Planning engineer.
 Maintained effective working relationship with contractors, consultants, client, vendors, outside agencies and other staffs.
 Co-ordinate with other services as and when required at site and making necessary modifications.

 Reviewing electrical drawings and specifications related to the project.
 Preparation of submittals for Authorities (like DEWA, Dubai Civil Defence, Dubai Municipality, & LOCAL Authorities) Approvals.
 Involved in the submittals for DEWA submission includes LVSchematics and Load Schedules and also involved in submittals of all FAS and CBS Drawings for Civil Defence initial approval and coordinated till there final inspection.
 Reporting to the Project Manager for the latest updation on the drawing submissions, Daily Reports, monthly reports, Material status etc.
 Prepare projects material submittals, method statements and documents to get approval from main contractor, consultant and client.
 Prepare BOQ and to procure material as per site condition and coordinate with supplier.
 Maintained effective working relationship with contractors, consultants, client, vendors, outside agencies and other staffs.
 Co-ordinate with other services and making modifications and recommend for other solutions.
 Carry out the work at site as per approved ship drawing as per specifications to the quality required, for approved by the main contractor/ consultant.

 Erection and Commissioning of All Panels, Motors, Cooling Towers, etc.
 Maintenance of following Transformers:
110/11KV, 12.5MVA, Power Transformer, T&R Make Ensure timely issue all of Purchase Order for the suppliers.
 Dealing with customer & supplier
 Termination and erection of cable trays
 Analyze the electrical log sheets.
 Ensure timely issue all of Purchase Order for the suppliers.
