Present Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and responsibilities (In Brief):

• Reporting to the General Manager/CEO and Board of Directors
• Internal Control
• Handling computerized Accounting Software (Great plain Software – From Microsoft ERP system and expert in making chart of Accounts.

- Liaison with External Auditor’s for the  Audit of entire Group of Companies including preparing the Audit Schedules and reports up to Final.(Audit by KPMG Fakhro)

-Preparing Cash Flow Report – Daily, Monthly and Yearly and comparison.

- Managing and monitoring all the Bank Account of the Group of Companies including the Facility renewal, LC opening, Amendment, Trust loan etc...(Experience in Bank Mgt for Trade Finance)

Name of Banks:- BNP Paribas / BBK / Ahli United Bank Etc…

• Preparing the Budgeted profitability/Sales and Purchase on yearly basis and comparison with the Actual.(Experience of business planning)

Control and review of Cash Management/Receivables and Inventory on daily basis.

- Evaluation of Currencies and ascertain VAR(Value at risk)

- Routine reconciliation of Inventory, Receivables, Payables, Bank and Cash.

- Monitoring the level of efficiency in the Finance and Accounts.

Correspondence.

- Managing the Finance and Accounts of BD 30 Million Annual Turnover.

- Reports are on daily, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually.

- Ensure that all accounting transactions are recorded correctly as required by Mgt and expert in Set up chart of Accounts in ERP system.

- Ensure that month-end closing procedures are followed and reports are ready for review before the deadline given by Mgt.

- Ensure bank issues/ Commitments are tracked on timely basis to avoid discrepancies.
