I feel that my career opportunities are becoming restricted and therefore I am looking for another challenging opportunity. My career objectives are twofold. I would like to utilise the basket of knowledge & experience that I have, but I also seek challenging assignments and responsibility, with an opportunity for growth. I believe that my strong technical experience and education will make me a very competitive candidate. I am currently working in the Environmental Management Group in Sasol.

Until the end of January 2015, I was an Environmental Scientist in Sasol Group Technology. This involved stakeholder relationships as well as environmental specialist studies and providing environmental consultation to the Sasol Business Units. I also collaborated during this period with research institutions as well as universities such as CSIR, WITS, NWU and UKZN and the University of Toulouse (in France).

Between 1997 – 2007, I was a lecturer and Senior Lecturer at the Vaal University of Technology.  I dealt with research projects of the B.Tech students as well as lecturing Analytical Chemistry and Physical Chemistry.

Between 1994 - 1997, I was teaching Science for Grade 8-12 pupils.

I have a South African driver’s license and I am willing to travel. My husband passed away in 2007 and both my children are now full time students.
