ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Preparation of ITP, WPS, PQR & All type of Procedure as per client specification / Projects specification & code requirements.
• Lead the team of Engineers / Inspectors to understand the project requirements, drawings, processes, inspection stages and documentation system.
• Preparation of Weekly Quality Report
• Monitoring the processes and systems are going on as per Inspection Test plan, PQP, Method statement, Quality procedures and Process control.
• Attending Kick-off Inspection meeting with clients for confirmation of Project.
• Carryout different type of tests NDE, Hydrostatic, Pneumatic, Sand Blasting & Painting, TSA, Galvanizing, PQR Mechanical test based on code, standards and client specification.
• Leads team activities in continuous improvement, problem solving, raising, follow through and closing of Processes and Product NCR.
• Review of Sub- Contractors NDT Procedure.
• Receiving site feedback from the customer and find the causes for deviation and give trouble shoot to avoid repeated failure in the future.
• Familiar with welding process SAW, SMAW, GTAW & FCAW responsible for the qualification of welders as per project requirements.
• Responsible for carrying the Internal & External Quality audits as per schedule.
• Review of customer, regulatory documents, audit findings and incorporate the requirements for corrective actions into quality system and procedures.
