1. Arrangements of Material Submittal & getting approval from consultant.
2. Arrangements of Authority approval shop drawing. (DEWA , DM & CD ETC...)
3. Review all MEP Shop drawing & submission to consultant for Eng. approval.
4. Plan & execute the work as per project & authority requirement.
5. Following all MEP activities and subcontractor work progress in the site.
6. Inspect all the Delivered/installed materials in the site and following material inspection.
7. Checking & Following all work inspection request, RFI, Site instruction notice & variation order etc…
8. Following and pushing the work clearances between Civil & MEP and maintaining the Clearance log.
9. Make coordination between the MEP services.
10. Arrange Weekly subcontractor progress meeting, in front of Consultant & Client.
11. Monthly checking all subcontractors’ work progress for to finalize their payment.
12. Following all letter correspondence to subcontractor, consultant & Client.
13. Purchasing of all MEP materials as per project requirement and scope.
14. Maintain & supervise the company (MEP) workers & following their progress.
15. Following testing & commissioning activities as per project finishing schedule.
16. Following all subcontractors for the completion of authority inspection and it’s for approval.
17. Maintain the job as per company standards & project requirements.
