Modelling of Concrete Beams, Columns, Slabs and various structural steel Framings, Facades, Canopy, Pedestrian bridges, cable tray supports, equipment supports, embedded plates etc. in Revit Structures.

Reviewing shop drawings from sub-contractors and get it approved for fabrication.

2D Family and 3D Family and Title Block creations.

Sheet creation and Detailing of Design and standard drawings with annotation tags, sections, callouts & drafting views.

Extracting Material Takeoffs and Bill of Quantities from the Revit model

Responsible for Clash Free Co-ordination with Architecture, Structure & MEP services and Preparing Clash Report by using clash detection.

Review and monitor the models/drawings to maintain quality and accuracy

Completion of tasks received from Engineers and submitting the model for comments

Communicates regularly with team to ensure schedules are met

Generate sections / schedules / schematics from models

Conversion of Revit models to other formats such as CAD, DWF & PDF

Establishes communications for proper transfer of drawings between offices

Identifies and reports to manager any related quality, speed or scheduling issues

Checking drawings for quality control using checklist

Ensure models / drawings are issued, and filed in an appropriate manner

Interactions with Site Engineers and Sub-Contractors to support construction team at site.

Have good knowledge in modeling and detailing of structural Steel shop drawings and design drawings in Tekla Structures.

Making Rendering images by using Revit, Navisworks and Having Basic Knowledge in 3DSmax
