1. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Criminology. I graduated in the year 2005. I had job experiences related to Call Center Customer Service, Telemarketer, Techinical Support Specialist, Recruitment Specialist and Car Sales Executive. My first job was an Call Center Agent in one of the prominent BPO/CALL CENTER company in the Philippines.

As a call center representative, I spent 9years honing my upselling techniques, conflict resolution skills, and phone etiquette. In just 4months from the job, I received different awards. I was a top seller for 2 consecutive years.

My experience as a telemarketer at the different largest bank in world (JP Morgan Chase USA, BANK OF AMERICA USA , Capital One Canada) has helped me improved my leadership skills, allowed me to gain organizational skills and provided me with extensive knowledge of how to sell services and goods to potential clients. I have also worked at leading Internet provider Comcast USA and NORTON Antivirus anti- malware software company USA where I handled 100+ interactions customer per day, giving detailed, personalized and achieved an average 95% customer satisfaction rating.
