Brief overview of key responsiblities:
•Sales & Marketing of Croda Life Sciences portfolio (Speciality Chemicals) in the Middle East Region (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Lebanon, Oman and Iran) as well as Egypt and Pakistan.
•Attend exhibitions, visit customers and work closely with the customers by providing them technical as well as commercial support.
•Business Development activities in-order to identify and seize business opportunities.
•Key Accounts management for high potential customers.
•Negotiating prices, payment terms, delivery dates, incoterms etc. with customers.
•Communicating with internal Croda entities with regards to prices, technical details and quality.
•Local stocks management.
•Monthly and Quarterly reporting of sales, pipeline projects and customer visits.
Other Non-Sales Activities:
•Providing Temporary support to supply chain in case assistance is required.
•Payment follow-up with customers so as to avoid late payment.
