• Prepares Material Submittal, Method Statements and ITP’s with checklist in accordance with Project Specification and Consultant requirements for all site activities and maintaining all records for the same.
• Review Material Submittals, Suppliers/Subcontractors Pre-qualification Documents and test reports to ensure compliance with contract requirements and project specifications.
• Coordinating with Consultant Engineers for the field inspection activities such as Material Inspection and Work Inspection Request and obtain approval for the same.
• Coordinate with 3rd party laboratory for all tests required as per Project Specifications and get the result in timely manner and ensure that test reports are reviewed and approved by the Consultant.
• Ensure that Laboratory Equipment, Survey Equipment and other testing & measuring equipment’s are duly calibrated (with valid certificates) and are in good working condition.
• Identifying and reporting field discrepancies and non-conformance item.
• Coordinating and conducting weekly meeting with construction team to verify and resolve the quality issues at site, closing of NCR’s and Site Memos.
• Conducting daily site inspection and preparing observation report for site activities related to the subcontractors and execution team to ensure the quality of work.
• Control of Documents and Quality Reports in order to facilitate Internal/External Audits.

• Prepare Method Statement, ITP, Material Submittal, IR’s, MIR’s and other QA/QC documentation as per project requirements and obtaining approval from Consultant.
• Carry-out all inspections for civil/structural & architectural works, monitor the required tests, and maintain pertinent records of inspection & testing and all important records for retention on completion of the project.
• Conduct inspection of all civil/structural and architectural related materials upon arrival at site and ensure approval is obtained from Consultant prior to use for construction.
• Conduct inspection of fresh concrete e.g. slump, temperature, etc. during concrete pouring to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Coordinate with 3rd party laboratory for all tests required as per Project Specifications and get the result in timely manner and ensure that test reports are reviewed and approved by the Consultant.
• Identifies non-conformance work product, prepares corrective and preventive action report to management for process improvements and provide action for closure of Non-Conformance Report.
• Ensure effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure that proper procedures have been followed.
• Participate in every Quality Control Audit and implement EHS procedures.

• Prepare Method Statement, ITP, Material Submittal, IR’s, MIR’s and other QA/QC documentation as per project requirements and obtaining approval from Consultant.

• Coordinate with Consultant Inspector for the inspection of completed work and testing prior to approvals.
• Conduct inspection of all civil, structural and architectural related materials upon arrival at site and ensure approval is obtained from Consultant prior to use for construction.
• Conduct inspection of fresh concrete e.g. slump, temperature, density of concrete, etc. during concrete pouring to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Identify and correct potential non-conformances item to avoid issuance of NCR from Consultant.
• Ensure that all NCR’s issued by Consultant are rectified and closed within the specified time limit.
• Attend Quality Management meetings with Consultant and Client Quality Representatives.
• Ensure effective implementation of all test and inspection schedule and ensure that proper procedures have been followed.
• Maintain relevant record for all project activities for project turnover and ensure that all works has been made according to quality requirements.
• Verify the accuracy of As-built drawings if site condition is reflected in the drawing in details.
• Participate in every Quality Control Audit.

• Prepare Method Statement, ITP, Material Submittal and other QA/QC documentation as per project requirements and obtaining approval from Consultant.
• Review plans, technical specifications, and contract documents to verify utility installation to anticipate conflict with other trade works.
• Responsible for quality and inspection of waterline system and drainage system.
• Prepare Inspection Request for completed works and for the required pressure test and ensure that approval is obtained from Consultant.
• Prepare Material Inspection Request for all materials delivered at site and ensure that approval is obtained from Consultant prior to use.
• On-site regular monitoring to check if the work is executed with accordance to the approved shop drawings, technical specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.
• Participate in every Quality Control Audit.

• Ensure all approved shop drawings, method statements and project specifications are fully comprehended to avoid technical errors in site implementation.
• Responsible for the installation of waterline and drainage system using HDPE, PPR, uPVC & RCP material.
• Ensure all works are done as planned in order to meet the agreed deadline.
• Ensure all works are executed as per latest approved shop drawings, project specification, etc.
• Responsible for the pressure test of waterline system and leak test of drainage system.
• Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer for the inspection and testing of completed works.
• Coordinate with the Project Engineer regarding material and manpower requirements at site.
• Prepare daily report as well as progress report and percentage completion of the project for work monitoring.

• Ensure all approved shop drawings, method statements and project specifications are fully comprehended to avoid technical errors in site implementation.
• Conduct regular meetings with site supervisors/foremen to discuss day’s progress, achievements as well as next day’s program.
• Prepare material requisition and ensure that it will be delivered on time with sufficient quantity to keep the progress in line with target program.
• Creates two weeks look-ahead program and discuss to Project Engineer.
• Assist Project Engineer in the supervision and management on construction activities in the project.
• Prepares daily report as well as progress report and percentage completion of the project for work monitoring.
• Ensure area is ready and safe prior to commence works.
