My mission  is to:

• Ensure that all software is working as intended through detailed testing

• Use familiarity with standard QA processes(ISTQB) to review bugs, test cases, and create documentation

• Develop, maintain, and execute test plans and test scripts for our business coverage (Arrow.com API)

• Document, maintain and track the status of all issues in the bug tracking database (JIRA) until issues are resolved

• Reproduce issues when necessary in order to assist software developers in resolving issues

• Generate status reports, documentation, and other low-level reports for supervisors and/or product development groups 

Work with QA Management and other product development groups to implement new QA processes and improve existing ones

• Communicate with other departments to prevent issues from arising and correct existing problems during the development cycle

• Have a good knowledge with dealing with Solr and databases (Mysql and Oracle). . Make automation test plans for API using JMeter Tool, and for GUI using selenium Tool.
