Roles and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the facility maintenance and Responsible for managing the Maintenance Technicians to complete all maintenance tasks in an efficient, timely, and cost effective manner.
Responsible for Plan, Schedule, and preformed routine to complex maintenance repair work (i.e. plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, etc.)
Responsible for cleanliness and garbage removal from all areas.
Supervised a crew of 6 technician team to maintain.

Roles and Responsibilities:I

Role : Maintenance Coordinator
Projects : ADCP,NBAD, Sultaco Buildings and Villas. Abu Dhabi and Dubai
Receive, prioritise and process maintenance request received through Helpdesk/tenants.
Discuss with tenant/service contractor to understand the nature of maintenance request, and arrange to carry out necessary repairs in a time suitable for the tenants.
Issue work orders/maintenance requests to appointed maintenance supervisor and track the progress until completion of works
Responsible for purchase of the required tools and fixtures, lubricants, spares, etc., as and when needed.
Coordinate with the building supervisor and appointed maintenance technician work order/maintenance request.
Keep all records of maintenance requests and discuss with the Maintenance supervisor if any requests are outstanding.
Reporting the daily activities to maintenance manager.
Roles and Responsibilities: II
Site: AD1 Tower,Abudhabi.
GF +24 floors + 4 basements. Residence building.
Duration: May 2015 to Feb 2016
Acted as Supervised maintenance foreman to maintain the whole building.
Received reactive complaints from BMS Operator and Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding on-time work completion. Ensured the completion of all non-emergency service requests. Inspected community continuously, recorded and corrected deficiencies.
Responsible for planning and executing preventive maintenance for common area and inside apartments.
Responsible for purchase of the required tools and fixtures, lubricants, spares, etc., as and when needed
Maintain the equipment’s on the floor and ensured their smooth working and Performed regular checks on the buildings and pools.
Requisition, maintain, inventory and issue equipment for facilities in assigned area, and assure they are in proper condition.
Assisted in maintenance activities of the machinery and equipment (FAHU, AHU,FCUs,Water pumps, HVAC Equipment’s and firefighting systems) .
Responsible for checking, and cleaning of all the machinery and equipment.
Prepare the monthly maintenance report.
