Sound knowledge of Award submissions for RTA (DAST), DQA (EFQM).
Risk Assessment/ Control Measures/ GAP Analysis/ Root Causes/ Contingency Plans etc.
Ensure compliance with local, national and international quality standards and legislation. Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
Sound in Internal and External Audits (QHSE). Schedule, Plan, Conduct Audits, Generate Reports (NCRs/ IPs), Follow-up & closure of NCRs / IPs. Monitor & Reduce NCRs / IPs.
Conducting Management Review and prepare company for External Certification Audit / Surveillance Audit/ Re-Certification Audits.
Conduct regular customer survey in order to evaluate and improve the quality of business processes and client services.
Identify training need, prepare yearly training schedule, conduct trainings, and evaluate post training effect. Conducting quality trainings. QHSE awareness. Develop strong in-house QHSE team. Setting goals and objectives and maintain target achievement.
Sound in using Quality Improvement Tools such as Kaizan, 5S, Poka yoke, Deming Cycle PDCA/ PDSA, Poor Cost of Quality, SWOT, Contingency Plans. Sound is using 7 Quality Tools – Fish Bone, Check Sheet, Control Sheet, Histogram, Pareto, Scatter Diagram, Flow Chart.
