- Visa will not be provided

- Working hours - 8 am to 6 p.m., Sunday to Thursday (Arabia Standard Time)


Job Description

- Organizing meetings, taking minutes, and following up on actionable

- Managing expenses and budgets

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

- Prepare reports for the management

- Ensure the project management system is up to date with the most relevant and complete information

- Process membership and insurance renewals

- Prepare and manage travel arrangements

- Manage administrative tasks assigned by the Chairperson

- Prioritize and manage work without compromising on the quality of deliverables and ability to handle confidential matters


Qualification, Experience, Skills

- Graduate in Business Management or related degree

- 4+ years of similar experience

- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure

- Ability to work independently

- Excellent communications skills

- English, Arabic (optional)
