Job responsibilities :
- Help Desk Support activity.
- Installing and Maintaining Windows 7, Windows 8 Pro, Windows 10, Windows Server 2003,2008 & 2012 &2016.
- Identify and perform hardware and software upgrades.
- Installing and maintaining the network devices.
- Support for printer issues, cartridges.
- Trouble shoot software, hardware & network issues.
-Bachelor degree in IT or equivalent
-Minimum 5 years of experience in similar roll prefer in retail
-Fluent in English language
- Transferable Iqama
