. ROLE PURPOSE:
To handle operational maintenance of URED’s properties in addition to preventive and corrective maintenance and ensuring service level goals are met within the set policies and guidelines of the department.
. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Key result Area: Facility drawings
Review the new mall drawings regarding the facilities aspects and provide the FM-related and operation comments to the construction departments before starting the mall construction.
Key Result Area: Testing & Commissioning
Conduct the Handover procedures that include the testing & commissioning and the Civil/MEP snag list submission. Follow up the snags with the construction team till the completion and sign off the handover checklist.
To ensure high-quality maintenance procedures for the various properties while optimizing the costs by ensuring no maintenance costs when the equipment is covered under DLP.
