Description

 

  1. To manage logistic and Admin team services of principal products and CLIENTS.
  2. To coordinate with office and technical team activity to meet client need/requirement ahead of deadlines
  3. Ensure work flow, quote, RFQ, tenders, orders, deliveries and responses all met in time
  4. Single visa will be granted, provided all government approvals sought
  5. Need to manage client and principal data base
  6. Manage client complain and solve issues
  7. Work involved will be indoor and outdoor depending on the requirements, hence timing will be variable.
  8. Manage principal visit and coordinate meeting and actives i.e. sales calls, site visits, presentation etc
  9. Plan future activities and requirements on daily and weekly basis
  10. Assist office, sales and technical team to achieve work efficiently
  11. Company confidentiality to be maintained at all time, even after leaving the company.
  12. After 6 months successful proportion, you will be considered firm employee.
  13. Overtime is not applicable for your position.
