Job Responsibility

 

  • Provide administrative support to a manager
  • Type email, reports, follow ups etc.
  • Prepare Quotations
  • Follow up with the Customers
  • Handle filing of the manager’s documents
  • Perform electronic archiving

 

Requirements:

- 2 years’ experience as a secretary

- Excellent presentation, writing and organizational skills

- Demonstrate high level of proficiency in MS office applications Competencies

- Fluent in English

- Transferable Iqama (can join and transfer immediately)

- driving license Preferred.

- Housing Provided by company
