We are seeking self-motivated Sales Executive to boost our customer base. You will be responsible for pursuing leads in our database as well as discovering new prospects through traditional sales techniques & other channels. While you will often collaborate with the sales team, you must be able to work independently. Our ideal candidate has at least two years of sales experience. Industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to consider applicants who have a substantial background in successful sales strategies.

Sales Executive Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage Credit card sales with all the members in the team, would be responsible for driving business, achieving monthly sales targets and acquiring new customers through consultative selling of our card product through defined channels of acquisition – corporates, branches, venue, malls & sales channels.
  • Timely execution of all sales activities leads, campaigns, referrals & self generated leads
  • Tracking and reporting your sales performance including pipeline, acquisition results and market conditions
  • Build networks and spheres of influence in order to grow prospect lists
  • Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
  • Ensuring all performance standard are met for business targets, controls and compliance
  • Engaging with partners for building relationship and creating promotion partners.
  • The position responsible for ensuring appropriate sales process followed and compliances are adhered strictly
  • Set up meetings with potential clients to negotiate and close deals
  • Prepare and deliver presentations on products/services
  • Report to sales manager about goals, sales, and prospects
  • Handle client complaints or concerns
  • Participate in events and conferences on behalf of the company

Sales Executive Requirements and Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1+ years of sales experience
  • Substantial portfolio of successful sales deals
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer relationship tools such as Salesforce
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Should carry driving license
