Sales & Advisory Manager

Job Summary

Identifying new initiatives related to Escrow Services, obtain internal / external clearances, draw processes in line with the regulations and internal policies, provide training / presentation and implement roll-out

Advise the internal stakeholders on the regulatory guidelines / internal procedures, ensure deposits are allocated to the correct investor / unit holders

Handling day to day escrow sales and advisory to the existing and new clients. Identifying opportunities, meeting up clients along with relationship team for providing acceptable solutions for conversions

Screening Escrow/ Trust applicants and arranging the opening of Escrow / Trust Accounts, with the help of relationship team. Checking the Account opening documents and arranging Account opening within the agreed TAT

Statutory reporting and liaison with Regulators/RERA/ Lands department. Liaison with Banks appointed engineers and legal team on the related matters and provide the information to the relationship team and the clients

Providing monthly/ periodic MIS and any reports / details required with to the escrow accounts, in the format advised by the regulators within the timelines

Assist in the development of escrow system along with enhancing the overall product offering, assisting in all activities related to escrow management

Prepare and submit periodic internal MIS reports

Develop business requirements for enhancing existing escrow capabilities, and work with Product /

IT department, audit and risk team to formulate the project plan, delivery schedules testing and implementation. Monitor the project progress in all aspects from requirements conceptualization to implementation

Ensure to comply with the audit requirements, internal and external reporting obligations etc. in line with the policy guidelines, to ensure high standards of uniformity and consistency across the Bank

Education & Experience

6 – 8 years of experience in the banking industry

Knowledge of escrow business

Knowledge of various Banking operations & marketing function would be desirable

Regular external contacts with real estate regulators in the local market and the financial and business community at large

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, Business administration or in any job related discipline

Required Skills

Good command in English and Arabic Language

Planning and organizing skills

Interpersonal skills
