1- Preparing periodic reports on the quantities of the projects for the works executed and the remaining works of the projects.
2 - Ensure the completion of scope of works of the projects by reviewing the quantities in the drawings to those in the Bill of Quantities in order to prepare and approve the revised bill of quantities.
3 - Prepare the quantities of materials required to finish works according to the time schedule of each project.
4 - Prepare a report of the materials for each IPC, by reviewing the quantities actually executed and compare them with the quantities in the monthly IPC according to the approved Inspection Requests and approved quantity survey reports.
5 - Ensure that the quantities of the IPC doesn't not exceed the quantities in the bill of quantities.
6- Review the quantities of the final IPC and comparing them with the quantities actually executed.
7- Review the quantities executed by the subcontractors.
- Maintain a copy of all approved project documents.
1- Bachelor degree in Engineering (Civil).
2 -Saudi Council of Engineers Accreditation.
3 -Minimum 5 years of work experience as quantity surveyor, preferred in the water and wastewater projects.
4-Good Competency in Arabic and English languages (speaking and writing).
