As a Project Engineer, you are strategically placed to have a practical input into the project design and its coordination and implementation on site. You will work closely with the design/construction and specialist sub-contractors and oversee the site delivery. We will look to you to ensure all aspects are in accordance with the specification and regulations, as well as the highest standard expected by Cader Construction ltd.

Your responsibilities:

Review Mechanical, Electrical & Public Health (MEP) & Vertical Transportation (VT) design's.

Prepare contractors requirements for Temporary Site Services (TSS), MEP & VT tendering purposes.

Management of the implementation of designs by subcontractor through the construction and completion stages to handover.

Manage construction areas for the M&E team.

Close liaison with the construction team in the delivery and monitoring of the works by the subcontractor and their specialist.

Implementation of Construction site Health and Safety and safe working practices.

Assist with resolving disputes and problem solving.

Review installation progress against construction programs.

Proactively manager subcontractor's works to remain on or ahead of construction program.

Management to completion of all defects during contract period, Site Utilities, Tender Event Schedules, Information Required Schedules and Quality, Inspection, Testing & Planning.

Education & Experience

Further education qualification in Construction or M&E disciplines.

Experience in Building Services Engineering

Experience of construction M&E sector.

Managing building services sub-contractors, Installations, QA and Commissioning.

HVAC installation experience

Health and Safety, implementation and managing safe systems of work

Knowledge and experience of QA and Commissioning Procedures.

HVAC Design knowledge and understanding
