A newly established company which is passionate about empowering the community through providing home-based healthcare services and home-based educational services for kids with special needs and learning disability are looking for enthusiastic female administrative assistant.

Job Summary:

Provide administrative support to the managing director. Including conducting research, Running reports, handling requests. perform clerical duties, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, Candidate must be able manage diverse workload and knows how to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Working environment:

working in the office as well as able to perform her assistant support duty virtually online from home.

Working hours: 8 hours daily, six days per week.
