Personal Assistant / Admin

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Extensive diary management and coordination of meetings and calls over several time zones, ever-changing diaries
  • Worldwide travel arrangements, visa requirements and schedules, book transport and accommodation
  • Mail management
  • Personal administration if required
  • Minute taking and distribution
  • Attend meetings if required
  • Fluent with calendar & task management tools
  • Create presentations
  • Copywrite
  • Any other responsibilities as and when required

 

Specific qualifications

 

  • Preferably degree holder, in any field
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the role
  • Fluent in written & verbal English, Arabic is an advantage
  • Microsoft office & other productivity management tools

 

Demands of the position:

 

  • Required to work long hours
  • The role may be varied at times and you will need to adapt quickly
  • Work under pressure, used to working to strict deadlines and ever-changing schedules

Must have a valid Bahrain driver's license

 

  • Salary BHD 400 - as per your experience and upon performance after probation period
