Full Knowledge of Food Costing and Estimates
Full knowledge of pastry and bakery ingredients (modern/traditional)
Full knowledge of bakery production line
Excellent knowledge of pastry/bakery suppliers
Perform tasks at a minimum level of supervision
24 - 35 years old and below
