Description

 

  • To maintain day to day activity log for daily schedules and visits to sites & clients
  • To deliver all HSR & Lifting Department activities related documents to concerned clients
  • Office related work on specific assignment instructed by concerned department
  • Timely delivery of Certificates, ID Cards, Reports and Invoices as per schedules
  • Timely Collection of LPOs, cheques, transmittals and any other documents instructed by concerned department
  • Timely follow-up with clients for LPOs & Payments and maintaining records as instructed by concerned department
  • Delivery of services within deadlines without any delay and maintained excellent relation with clients
  • To provide additional support to other RICI departments when and as requested / required
  • Adhere to company operating policies and procedures.
  • Maintain driving log, prepare vehicle performance forms and complete daily paperwork

 

Preference is provided to Indian Nationality-Male Candidates who have driving license and experience of driving Manual Pick up.
