We are currently looking for Operations Assistant for operations in our Ajman office.
Duties and Responsibilities
Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
Maintain contact lists
Support the Operations Manager in daily operational tasks.
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Provide information by answering questions and requests
Requirements & Qualifications
Willingness to learn
College Graduate or Bachelor's Degree
Previous experience in a similar role or any Admin job experience
Excellent in written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and online tools such as Google Business Suit, Canva, Clickup
