We are looking for Inventory Receiver for one of Fashion store in Bahrain.


Job Purpose:


To accurately receive materials and products in order to maintain integrity of inventory control, and ensuring delivery of materials/ products to the proper department as per guidelines and procedures lay down by the company.


Key Accountabilites


Responsible for receiving all stock at the store efficiently and as per standard operating procedures.

Responsible for preparing list of soiled and damaged goods and updating the store manager or assistant store manager about the same.




Follow correct procedure for storage of damaged good for inspection and review by store manager.

Responsible for scanning the stock on timely basis and to update the system.

Responsible for stock arrangement in bins and racks in stock room as per standard operating procedures.

Responsible for ensuring that all stock from the stock room/ back room is sent to the floor following correct procedure as per the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Ensure reprocessing of security pins/ hangers and tags to warehouse as per the standard operating procedures.


Experience & knowledge


1 years of experience in GCC retail environment

Proficient knowledge of computerized inventory control system

Proficient knowledge of MS Word, Excel or similar computer software systems
