4- Assist property leadership on identifying productivity, operational and financial opportunities in the food

and beverage departments.

5- Administer corporate new hire orientation.

6- Create and enhance training courses in property core business departments (Food and Beverage, Guest Service

7- Identify and develop on property food and beverage trainers and partner with these trainers to strengthen

their effectiveness

8- Partner with Human Resources to identify talent and HR leadership to deploy development programs in

support of succession planning activities

9- Ensure training courses and development programs meet stated objectives through analyzing metrics and

business impact
