Accountable for accurate and on-time reporting essential for sales organization effectiveness.

Achievement of strategic objectives defined by company management.

Essential Skills

Evidence of success in developing and implementing large-scale, multi-regional sales strategies.

Evidence of success in large-scale sales/commercial negotiations with organisations.

Evidence of success in building and maintaining a broad network (multi-regional) of internal and external stakeholder relationships leading to commercial opportunity.

Track record of successfully identifying new commercial/sales opportunities and capitalising on these.

Evidence of success in leading and managing a large, internationally based sales team.

Advanced communication and influencing skills and the ability to convince through personal credibility


Self-motivated, ability to work independently

Highly organised and able to cope with multiple large-scale responsibilities.

Evidence of successfully managing large-scale multi-regional financial plans.

Education & Experience

University Degree is a must.

Minimum 5 yrs experience in leading a multi-regional B2B sales in software or system integration industry.
