Must know food quality, safety handling procedures.

Must know do's and don’ts in a restaurant as per sfda and baladiya guidelines in order to avoid penalties.
Must be young, energetic and career growth instinct.
Pose leadership and decision making skills.
Must know Riyadh very well.
Preferred own car.
