We are looking to hire a Female Secretarial Personal Assistant to the CEO.


The Following is Required:


  • Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant or similar role.
  • Familiarity with project management & Secretarial Work.
  • Good experience with MS Office and Internet Applications.
  • Proficient typing and editing skills, both in English and Arabic.
  • Fluent in Both Arabic and English Conversation.
  • Data organization skills.
  • Pays Attention to detail.
  • Welling to work under pressure at times & Flexible hours.
  • Smart, Creative, Keeps an Open Mind to new ideas and suggestions.
  • Strong Personality and Leadership skills.

- Handling all incoming calls and emails.

- Handling meetings appointments, schedules & Personal issues for the CEO.

- Keeping track of all documents and files related to the company & CEO.

- Handling all requests related to the office & labor accommodation.

- Handling all administrative tasks in a Professional and efficient way, while maintaining secrecy & presentability.


She will help the CEO to manage and link up everything together in regards to the company requirements, and some of the mentioned topics above.

Age: 26 – 42

Nationality: Jordanian/Palestinian/Syrian

Language: Fluent English and Arabic (Both Typing and Conversation)

Mentality: Pleasant, Cheerful, Open Minded

Presentable at all times.
