Our business is seeking a highly motivated administrator assistant who can assist with a variety of administrative and clerical duties. This includes handling general office tasks, organizing our filing system, Assisting senior managers with recruitment, Scheduling, Other support duties.

Must be Professional and multitasking individual. Someone who is comfortable with computers, social media for marketing and has a high degree of verbal and written communication skills. Administrative assistants will be working on a variety of projects. Anywhere from general staffing needs to assisting in board meetings. The ideal candidate will need to have attention to detail and may be required to take notes during important meetings.

Office hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm with one hour for lunch break. 6 days per week

Inclusive Salary package range: 250bd to 350bd depending on the interview.
