AIC FMCG Company requires the above mentioned job titles whom can distribute our products in the market, a person with a good negotiation and confident excellent communication skills and the ability to ‘close the deal’ and have determination to research and identify new business and maximize opportunities :
1- At least 3 years of sales exposure in FMCG/ HORECA/ Retail segments in Bahrain market
2- Male candidate, Graduate/ higher courses in retail management, good communication skills, Customer care, Product Knowledge, Market Intelligence, Networking skills, Negotiation skills, ability to convince the customers, etc. We only consider candidates with relevant experience in the FMGC field with a special preference for distribution sales to Hotels/ restaurants etc.
3- Desirable towards, channel sales.
4- Willing travel to market on a daily schedule.
5- Focusing towards Sales order on all FMCG
6- Desirable towards competitor study
7- Building Business bonding
8- Acquisition new stores.
9- Distributes and Collect orders data and prepare the route plan for next day
10- Responsible for business expansion.
11- Visit Outlets to ensure good relationship with Shop receivers
12- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
13- Maintain maximum availability of company products
14- Develop and execute agreed sales plan
15- Introduce and establish new products into the market
16- Monitor new leads and referrals resulting from field activity
17- Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
18- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
19- Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status report
20- Maintain delivery of the brand , category , and customer objectives and ensure the delivery of agreed distribution targets.
21- Should have valid Driving License
