Description

 

We are looking for a high-caliber female candidate who is interested in admin/customer service and sales/reception work for a business group in Bahrain.

 

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Dealing with email inquiries

- Taking minutes

- Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required

- Diary management and arranging appointments, booking meeting rooms and conference facilities

- Arranging both internal and external events

- Possibly maintaining the company social media accounts

- Arranging deliveries with suppliers and customers

- selling the products to customers

- customer service and handling issues with staff and customers

 

Ideally, the candidate needs to be:

- Local hire is a must

- Candidate for immediate transfer and no visa issue

- Minimum of 2 years work experience in similar fields

- Able to work under pressure

- Ability to work with different team members

- Knowledge in basic computer skills( word, excel, PowerPoint)

- A driving license and a car is a bonus

- English speaker

 

 

Package:

- Salary starts from BD 180 (range is determined upon candidate assessment)

- Work Visa for 24 months
