Description

 

The Contract Administrator, under the direct supervision of the Contract Lead is responsible for assisting during the bidding phases of each project and the award of each necessary contract and purchase order relating to the Major Projects department. Subsequently, the Contract Administrator will assist in administering the contracts and purchase orders to successful completion.

 

Minimum Qualifications & Experience

Education:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Contract Law or Business Management or related disciplines with at least 10 years of experience.

Preferably chartered (RICS)

 

Experience:

Excellent knowledge of safe work practices and procedures.

At least 10 years plus experience in projects execution in petrochemical environment.

Excellent communication skills both written and oral.

Excellent Microsoft Office skills.
