This is a Business Development Officer for TestCrew for immediate joiners

 

Job Specifications:

*Candidate good to have a network of contacts and experience of selling to one or more of the following industry verticals: Retail, Ecommerce, Technology, Governments,Telecom , Banks , IT Sales and Services

*Candidates good to have demonstrable sales figures and a record of over achieving sales targets

 

Main duties:

*Identification and acquisition of new clients and projects in the sector

*Implementation of the sales process from acquisition to completion

*Relationship management and maintenance and use of his/her network

*Individual bidding as well as coordination and participation in contract negotiations

*Internal coordination of the support of other teams, also abroad

*Use of marketing tools to obtain new orders

*Participation and moderation of external events

 

Responsibilities:

*Achieve monthly goals established

*Deliver compelling, fundamental focused presentations tailored to each client; ensure submissions stand out from the pack

*Understand and assess customer needs and uniquely and expertly position our products and services to meet those requirements

*Understand and effectively maneuver through the politics associated with large companies

*Able to address the complexities of the decision-making process

*Understand and exploit the customer purchasing process

*Ability to travel (up to 25%) and work flexible hours as necessary

*Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under tight deadlines

*You will be required to work with digital Marketing team on a daily basis

 

Skills and Requirements:

*4+ years of proven business development and strategic selling to C-level decision makers

*Exemplary knowledge of sales principles, practices, tactics, tools and developing value proposition with customers

*Experience selling enterprise software to financial institutions

*Must have demonstrated success meeting a quota in a highly competitive environment

*Excellent client-facing and negotiation skills

*Strong ability to speak Arabic and English
