Manage Director’s personal and professional schedule and making arrangements for appointments, meetings, conferences and travel.
Assist Director in handling all matters pertaining to daily operation.
Reminding the Director of important tasks and deadlines.
Must be able to work in fast pace environment and maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
Work closely with internal departments to achieve greater operational efficiency
To attend meetings and take minutes, and follow up with the necessary action.
Market research and any necessary assistance to director when needed.
Other ad hoc duties will be added from time to time.
Diploma in Secretarial studies/Business studies or equivalent.
At least 2-3 years relevant working experience.
Able to work independently with good interpersonal and communication skill.
Resourceful, meticulous, proactive, highly organized, result oriented and able to multi-task.
Good time-management and has strong follow-through abilities and attention to details.
Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.
Willing to work overseas.
