Head quartered in Bahrain with operations in almost all GCC countries, we are one of the major project package specialists and international distributors of steel pipes, fittings, flanges, valves and other piping components used in fluid and gas transmission all over the world.

We are inviting applications for the position of Administrator / Exe. Secretary to reinforce our team in Bahrain. Preferably a graduate but with good experience in handling administrative and human resources activities need to apply. LADIES only needs to apply

 

WRITTEN & VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS NEEDS TO BE EXCELLENT.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to other departments
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.)
  • Communicate with public services when necessary
  • Arrange business trips for MD & book tickets as well.
  • Handle petty cash independently
  • Assist sales department as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Proven relevant experience
  • PC literacy and hands on experience with MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
