A leading Bahrain based Gulf Power & Marine company looking for a Filipino Female candidate with an experience in Secretarial job to work for Administration department.

 

Job Description as follows:

Job Title : Administrative Secretary

Dept : Administration

 

 

Skills and Requirements:

 

  1. Candidate must have a min. 1-year experience in secretary job and must be very familiar with all day to day operation matters for service organization.

 

  1. Candidate Should have very good level of verbal and written communication skills in English language (Arabic speaker is an additional advantage).

 

  1. Can deal with all day to day operational matters including answering calls, filing and familiar with general operations.

 

  1. Should have good customer service attitude and should have the ability to help the marketing team to perform their tasks and duties.

 

  1. Should perform other duties as assigned.

 

  1. Working hours 7.00am to 4.30pm (Saturday to Thursday).

 

  1. Salary will be discussed during the interview.

 

  1. No Overseas Candidates will be considered.
