A leading Bahrain based Gulf Power & Marine company looking for a Filipino Female candidate with an experience in Secretarial job to work for Administration department.
Job Description as follows:
Job Title : Administrative Secretary
Dept : Administration
Skills and Requirements:
- Candidate must have a min. 1-year experience in secretary job and must be very familiar with all day to day operation matters for service organization.
- Candidate Should have very good level of verbal and written communication skills in English language (Arabic speaker is an additional advantage).
- Can deal with all day to day operational matters including answering calls, filing and familiar with general operations.
- Should have good customer service attitude and should have the ability to help the marketing team to perform their tasks and duties.
- Should perform other duties as assigned.
- Working hours 7.00am to 4.30pm (Saturday to Thursday).
- Salary will be discussed during the interview.
- No Overseas Candidates will be considered.
