DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Assisting the project coordinator for documentation.
  • Managing filing system.
  • Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
  • Recording information as needed.
  • Maintaining reports for supply management.
  • Aiding with client reception as needed.
  • Creating, maintaining and entering information in database.

 

Experience & Qualification

 

  • Data entry and database management.
  • Ability to work well under limited supervision.
  • Keen attention to detail ensuring the accurate completion of task.

 

Filipino nationality preferred.
